What I Bring
I help organizations align strategy, culture, and operations, particularly during growth, transition, or when those three things aren't working together. Drawing on experience co-founding Sun Basket (0 to $300M, 1,800 employees) and formal training in organizational development, I work with organizations as a fractional executive, interim leader, or strategic consultant.
