About George Nachtrieb, principal:

George co-founded Sun Basket, the U.S.'s #1 organic, healthy meal kit service that grew from 0 to 300M in annualized revenue and profitability in five years. While at Sun Basket, George saw the company grow from two people in a room to 1,700 employees spread across three domestic distribution centers and multiple office sites. As the company scaled, George navigated cultural shifts, operational challenges, internal and external communications, and all the other startup responsibilities that bubble up every hour.

In addition, George completed a master's degree in organizational development (MA-ODL) and leadership to deepen his unique practical experience and incorporate more diverse frameworks to align and consciously develop culture and strategy. He has built and led multiple creative teams, grown and managed online communities with millions of users, delivered hours of network TV and corporate programming, written and directed an independent feature film, and produced a live innovation seminar parody.

George brings a thought partner approach to his work with clients, informed by this unique blend of his academic background in organizational development and deep, practical, trial-by-fire operational experience.
