As the company scaled, I played a key leadership role in integrating culture, strategy, and operations, from building in-house creative and customer service teams to managing real estate expansions across multiple facilities. I didn't just help shape the company's voice; I helped build the machine that delivered it.

That trial-by-fire experience deepened my commitment to aligning operational systems with cultural values. I later completed a master's degree in Organizational Development and Leadership (MA-ODL, 4.0 GPA), complementing decades of hands-on experience with formal frameworks for strategic facilitation, systems thinking, and organizational change.

I've led interdisciplinary teams of 50+ people, grown online communities with millions of users, delivered network TV and corporate programming, and even produced a live innovation seminar parody (featured in Forbes). Whether launching a weekly magazine that eliminated packing errors or serving as an organizational mediator during hypergrowth, I bring an executive's pragmatism and a facilitator's thoughtfulness.
