Drawing on extensive entrepreneurial and teambuilding experience and borrowing tools from the latest research in leadership and organizational knowledge, we work with stakeholders to clarify or refresh their purpose, mission, and values. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to this work. Still, after researching to understand organizational context, we typically facilitate workshops to co-create organizational purpose and values that resonate with all stakeholders.

Alignments begin with data collection to inform one of many possible frameworks for mapping organizational culture and strategy. We will work intimately and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders in this process as co-creators to create a shared understanding that is deeply understood, not just living on the pages of a PDF gathering digital dust on a lonely server.

A guided exercise leads teams through a brainstorming and fast prototyping process that develops skills and allows teams to connect in a fun, tailored, low-stakes team-building exercise. The sessions aim to use play and prototyping to foster collaboration and innovative thinking.
